Dr. Meeta Malik, has started with this comprehensive and effective program called SMOKE FREE ‘U’, after seeing the inclination of her patients to quit smoking and the desire to get the right counselling and support. It is a 2 months comprehensive program with follow-ups reminders and counselling sessions along with certain over the counter nicotine replacement therapies to help you quit smoking.

This campaign is designed to help you to understand the decisions that you make—especially the decision to quit smoking—and how those decisions fit into your  lives We’re not going to tell you what to do, but we are going to give you the facts about how smoking affects your health now, later, and when you quit.
